Yesterday the weather was great and I went to Käpylä. I wanted to find the green house of Havu and on the other side of the road the red house of Vellu. There are really plenty of red houses. But it was more difficult to find the green ones. I walked in all the streets and I found only one green house with a red one on the other side of the road. And guess what? The green house had two doors!
All the descriptions of places I have in that saga are true. If you want to see a place/building/cemetery, just tell me and I post a picture. If you want more info about a restaurant, club,... what ever, feel free to ask. As you know I always try to make my stories as close from the reality as possible. I've also been to crap places such as Sörnäinen or Vuosaari (in one of the last chapters of this story).

Okay. I'll make a list of the places in the saga and I'll update pictures. And next time you are going to Helsinki you can have a special "Finnish stories" sightseeing

Why not I've create a map with all the places I remember. I think that it's quite interesting. But for example I'm unable to remember where I "put" the houses of Harri and Tami... shame on me. I think that I'll read the stories and I'll complete the map. Here you can see it: http://sabi-fictions.jimdo.com/about-th ... h-stories/

It's always difficult to be realistic when you write a story. I mean that I have no scientist, medical, investigation, law,... background and skills. I've to make a lot of research to "cover" my ignorance in some areas. For the police work it's relatively easy because I watch a lot of police series at TV. But I've never been fan of law... there is a chapter where you will see Arttu working but maybe it's totally wrong... and to find info is really difficult because the law texts are very boring... And it's very difficult to find the answers in the Finnish law. For example with the hertitage, I took the Swiss law that I studied and I found relatively easily the info. Maybe it's totally different for Finland. The other difficulty in that saga is to describe the job of Harri and his wife. I've to invente a lot and it's maybe totally wrong too. For all the medical aspects I check on the Internet or I ask my friend who is nurse in Finland. But for Matti and the finance, everything is true. I've been to a private bank and entered in a dealing room. I talked with the employees and I know a bit how it works. For Tami also. I worked in the IT of a bank. For Vellu, Rane and Jussi, it's very normal jobs and there is nothing complicated.

It's cool that you like how I write. Sometimes I'm 100% in my delirium and I don't know if it's understandable or not ^^
I've 2 friends who are studying law and when they are talking about it they are very excited and it seems to be the most interesting subject at the university... Maybe Arttu is the same...
